SmartTech 2021 will be Association Forum’s first hybrid event.

In-person participants: A limited number of seats are available (first-come, first-served) for those who want to learn and network in person at OLC Education & Conference Center in Rosemont, IL. Following recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC) and in partnership with our local and state health departments, the OLC has added additional measures and precautions to protect the health and safety of guests and staff. Virtual participants: Unlimited remote learning seats are available. Virtual attendees will be able to participate via chat. For livestreamed sessions, a chat moderator in-room at OLC will relay questions to the live speaker.
