As DelCor’s President, Dave leads the company’s strategic and operational functions. A creative at heart, he has a particular interest in digital strategy.

Dave is the author of DelCor’s IT Maturity Model for Associations and Nonprofits, which serves as a guide for helping organizations align technology initiatives with their strategic plans and business goals. He was instrumental in partnering with the ASAE Foundation to launch related research: the Technology Success Study.

An ASAE member since 1994, Dave has chaired both the Membership Development Committee and the Technology Section Council. In 2013, he was the Technical Pathway Leader at ASAE’s Technology Conference & Expo.

Dave is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, where he teaches requirements analysis and IT-business strategy alignment. He has a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Alex DeBarr has been the president and CEO of Naylor Association Solutions since 2006. Since arriving at Naylor, Alex has led the evolution of Naylor’s product and service offerings, including the launch of a full digital product suite and the addition of a variety of event, SaaS, consulting and marketing services designed to serve the communication, engagement and non-dues revenue needs of business and professional associations. This expansion has included acquiring event management specialists Convention Management Group (CMG) in 2007, Global Exchange Events in 2012, Boxwood Technology, the leading career and job services provider for associations, in 2014, Timberlake Membership Software in January 2015 and W.J. Weiser and Associates, a leading association management company, in July 2015. Naylor now works with more than 1,800 associations throughout the US and Canada.

She frequently writes on the topic of eLearning for industry journals and is best known for her groundbreaking report about Rapid E-Learning published by Bersin & Associates. In 2010, Jennifer was named one of the top 20 most influential people in online learning by http://www.onlineuniversityrankings.org. In 2016, Jennifer was named the Most Influential Woman in eLearning by Corporate America News. He holds both the CAE and CIP credentials and has served as CIO for a number of different associations, including the American Wind Energy Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. He is an active speaker and author for ASAE, CSAE, MPI, IAEE, PCMA, DigitalNow, and other organizations, serves on the board Nurture Project International, and recently served as the Chair of the ASAE Technology Council.

As Deputy General Counsel, Maureen is responsible for managing two areas at Rotary - the Council Services and Stewardship departments. In addition, she advises on general legal issues including privacy, human resources, contracts and internal governance. She is chair of Rotary’s Data Privacy and Security Committee. She successfully completed the certification exam as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)/US by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
