A New Leadership Experience for Men

Presented by Association Forum | Launching Summer 2026

Association Forum, the organization behind the Women’s Executive Forum™ and Welcoming Environment®, is proud to introduce a powerful new leadership experience designed specifically for men. Launching in summer 2026, this event invites participants to engage in purpose-driven leadership, forge authentic connections, and grow in community with others.

“This isn’t about giving men more power,” said Artesha Moore, FASAE, CAE, President & CEO of Association Forum. “It’s about giving men permission to lead with authenticity, vulnerability, and a renewed sense of belonging. This is what it means to live our Welcoming Environment® values.”

💼What is it?

This new gathering is not your typical leadership conference. It’s a space designed by men, for men — one that prioritizes comfort, connection, and deep conversation over keynote speeches and breakout sessions. Through storytelling, mentorship, and peer exchange, attendees will explore what it means to lead with intention and authenticity in today’s complex world. The experience will be rooted in core themes of:

  • Purpose – exploring individual and collective leadership values

  • Connection – building trust and camaraderie across industries

  • Growth – embracing vulnerability, empathy, and personal development

Inspired by 2024 Holiday Showcase keynote speaker and workplace belonging expert Adam “Smiley” Poswolsky, this experience reflects growing calls for spaces where men can support one another and build meaningful professional relationships.

⏲️Why Now?

The need for this kind of experience has never been more urgent.

Recent research paints a clear picture:

  • 25% of U.S. men aged 15–35 report feeling lonely for much of the previous day

  • 15% of men say they have no close friends — a fivefold increase since 1990

  • $406 billion — the annual cost of workplace loneliness to U.S. businesses

The data tells a powerful story: men are missing connection. This initiative offers a direct response — a bold and thoughtful space to recharge, reflect, and grow in community."

Creating a space where men can be real, be supported, and build authentic relationships is a powerful step forward to improving mental wellness,” said Shawn Boynes, FASAE, CAE. “This leads to stronger leadership because in the current sociopolitical environment, we need less exhaustion and more nourishment.

📆Coming in 2026!

🩵Addressing Equity and Inclusion

We recognize that launching a leadership experience for men may raise important questions—and we’re committed to engaging those conversations openly and honestly.

  • This event was inspired by the success of our Women’s Executive Forum™ and is not a departure from our deep commitment to supporting women and underrepresented leaders.

  • It’s not about reinforcing power—it’s about transforming how leadership is expressed. Too often, men lead in isolation, which limits their ability to show up fully for others.

  • Equity is not a zero-sum game. Helping men lead with empathy, accountability, and self-awareness strengthens inclusive leadership across the board.

  • This experience is additive, not competitive. Association Forum continues to actively invest in the Women’s Executive Forum™, DEI initiatives, and our Welcoming Environment® programs.

  • We knew this would spark dialogue—and that’s exactly why it matters. We invite honest feedback and are committed to listening and learning together.
