Culture is as Leadership Does!
The culture of any organization, whether it be a large company or a small family-style business, is what makes that organization effective. It has an impact on everything we do, everything we are, and everything we become. Yet it is the one thing we seem to have the toughest time building and maintaining. The individuals on your team define culture…their personalities, their values, and their weirdness. But the task of creating a healthy, inviting, and effective workplace culture that promotes growth and positivity is tied directly to the responsibility of effective leaders, across associations of all sizes and industries of all types. Let’s talk about how to create a culture where people can come to work and be the best version of themselves, which is the goal of leadership.
About Steve Thomas
Steve invests his life in helping a variety of organizations build leadership, develop people, and create teams. To put it simply, he helps people navigate through the complexities of human weirdness.
He genuinely wants to see people live better lives and has a passion to develop people to get the most out of their leadership. It is no secret that great people make great organizations. While we start with tips and techniques to solve the problems that we see, Steve digs below the surface to challenge the deep issues we sometimes don’t see. Convinced that leadership drives workplace culture and culture drives everything else, he challenges current thinking and belief systems to bring about change…and fun! In fact, part of his mission is to make work culture more fun.
