Samyuktha Neeraja

Samyuktha neeraja, mph, cae

Samyuktha Neeraja, MPH, CAE, is an association leader with over nine years of experience working in the association management industry. She is also a disability advocate and champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Samyuktha shares her experiences as an Indian-Hindu American woman with dwarfism through speaking engagements and co-hosting the “A Little Perspective” podcast. She also co-authored the best-selling anthology, “A Little Perspective: Real Stories of Little Ladies,” and serves on Association Forum’s Welcoming Environment Committee. Additionally, she is the Immediate Past President of Benedictine University's Alumni Association Board. Samyuktha's accolades include the 2023 Rising Star Alumni Award from Benedictine University, the 2021 Association Forum Forty Under 40 Award, and she is an ASAE Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) Scholar for 2023-2025.
