Identifying Your Strengths for Growth, Satisfaction, and Success

Through the power of the CliftonStrengths assessment, this interactive workshop will help you identify your unique strength potential and apply those strengths in an experiential exercise. Following a primer on this powerful tool, there will be opportunities to discuss and reflect on your newly gained insights and then apply them in action with a fun team challenge. You’ll also leave with a series of tools/activities that will set you up for leveraging your strengths in your professional and personal lives.

 

Note: Attendees must separately purchase and take the CliftonStrengths assessment prior to this session and bring the comprehensive report to the program. If you've taken the CliftonStrengths assessment within the last several years, you do not need to retake the assessment; bringing a copy of the report is sufficient.

Bob Moore, MA, MS, FASAE, CAE, Executive Director, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians

Bob is a certified CliftonStrengths Coach. He is currently the Executive Director of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Previously, he was the first chief operating officer of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and the first executive director of the Technology Councils of North America (TECNA). At the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Moore was Vice President, Knowledge and Learning. In his positions, Moore is known for being a catalyst of change and growth.

A graduate of Illinois State University with a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Moore earned his MA in Organizational Communications from the University of Northern Iowa and his MS in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Moore is also an ASAE Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) scholar and former Board Chair of Association Forum.
